1. Service Description

The Empowered Man (https://theempoweredman.org) provides coaching, personal development programs, and facilitated men's circles operated by Quentin Counsell. All services are designed to support men in building clarity, accountability, and forward direction in their lives.

2. Important Disclaimer

This is not therapy. This is coaching and personal development.

Although Quentin Counsell holds qualifications in psychology, the services offered through The Empowered Man are delivered solely as coaching and personal development — not clinical psychological services. No therapeutic relationship is formed, and these services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact Lifeline (13 11 14), Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636), or your local emergency services.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking or enrolment. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to get value from this work. The following policy applies to all paid services:

• 1:1 Coaching — Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.
• Programs — A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no program content has been accessed or delivered. After that, no refunds will be issued.
• Men's Circles — Free sessions require no payment. For paid circle events, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds after that point.

5. Service Delivery

All coaching sessions and men's circles are delivered online via video call. Access details (meeting link, calendar invite) are sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Programs and digital resources are delivered via email or through a secure online portal. Delivery timeframes are communicated at the point of purchase.

6. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms
• Use the website and its content for lawful purposes only
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Empowered Man and Quentin Counsell provide services and content in good faith. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Personal development results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Empowered Man shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable resources — is the property of The Empowered Man and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
